Last evening i was worried for a meeting,and i feeling pressure in my mind.I wanted to relax, so that i can be normal in the meeting.I did following few thing.

1.Talked to a friend.
2.went to my face book page
3.thought time always change.so, i should not be in pressure.i should be calm.
4.God is always with me.

I normally attended the meeting and calmly present my topic there and face the review.

~never remain in pressure and be calm when storm comes to hit you down~
